Targeted creation and management of your orders
Thanks to a wizard-based order entry, creating an order becomes very easy. An order can be created with a few taps, even directly out of a malfunction. An overview on already existing orders of an asset prevents the double creation of orders.
You do not have to look for orders; you can now easily find them. The interactive search enables to find orders according to different criteria: the current status, the particular object or also the priority. The results of the orders are clearly listed; defined fields can be changed directly in the list (Excel-like), in case that another employee carries out the order.
In the order overview the user gets an overall view of all important details of an order. For example all procedures including assigned documents, reservations and components are reported.
Thanks to the efficient One Click function a confirmation can be provided, a picture or document added or a purchase requisition created out of the order overview.
