Wizard-based message recording and predefined questionnaires make creating a fault message child’s play. An overview of already existing faults prevents duplicate recording, as well as the quick identification of technical problems. 

Faults that have already been created can be easily assigned to a new object by dragging and dropping; documents or photos can also be easily “attached” to the object via the upload function. 

If, for example, faults are to be displayed graphically in a map or the 3D model of a building, this is also possible. The corresponding third-party systems can be seamlessly integrated and “communicate” with SAP.
